Gayle comes from an administrative background and after completing a Cert IV in Bookkeeping, Gayle worked as a full-time bookkeeper and office manager in small businesses, gaining valuable bookkeeping experience. It was during this time she noticed that she was the first qualified bookkeeper and the books were inaccurate and messy.  The business owner was unaware of these issues.  

Gayle know's that getting the bookkeeping right is essential for a business owner to truly understand how their business is doing.  Gayle likes to ask a number of questions to ensure she understands the buisness as it's there is more than just reconciling.  This enables her to review the books, assist in improving systems, whilst communicating with the business owner to get a good understanding of their business. 

Gayle does more than just bookkeeping, she is passionate about increasing the knowledge and skills of others to provide extra value to businesses.
